Cancellation Policy

We require a one night deposit in order to guarantee your reservations. Notification of cancellation must be received

14 days prior to date booked, otherwise a one night fee will be charged.

For reservations of 7 nights or more a 2 night fee will be charged. If we are able to re-book your room, a refund (less a $25.00 cancellation fee) will be credited.

If notification of cancellation is received prior to 14 days to date booked, a cancellation fee of $25.00 will be

charged.
